What is a biscuit?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It enables the site, for example, to remember your settings or to recognise whether you are logged in.
What sort of biscuits do we use?
We do not use analytics (traffic tracking), marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing activity. Our only first-party cookie is the mp_consent: this stores your cookie preference so that we don’t have to ask you again on every page. It is strictly necessary, so it cannot be disabled; it expires after 180 days, at which point we will ask you again.
The technical cookies required for WordPress to function are created solely for the website’s editors when they log in to the content management system (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie, wp-settings-*). Without these, the login system would not work; visitors are not affected.
During your first visit, we’ll ask you in a single pop-up whether you consent to services that aren’t strictly necessary. Accepting or declining is just as simple, and you can change your mind at any time: Open baking settings (also accessible via the „Baking settings” link in the footer).

External services
We use external service providers for some of the website’s functions. When these are loaded, your browser connects directly to the service provider’s server, meaning that the service provider receives, for example, your IP address and technical details about your browser. These data processing activities are governed by the service providers’ own policies.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): a map showing the location of our office can be found in the ‘Contact’ section. It will only load if you enable the „Functional” category (using the button displayed in the cookie bar, in the settings or on the map). - Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): protects our forms (enquiry, registration, newsletter) against unsolicited, automated submissions. It uses only the technical data necessary for verification purposes; it is not used for advertising. Details: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The icons linking to our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) are simply links: unless you click on them, nothing from those pages will load.
How can you manage cookies?
You can view and delete stored cookies, or disable them, at any time in your browser’s settings. You’ll find instructions on how to do this in your browser’s help section: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
